Hello!  This blog is to share recipes, tips, and inspiration for those on the Ideal Protein diet or just looking for delicious low-carb/ low-no sugar alternatives.
When I started the diet, I began creating and sharing recipes based on the protocol sheet my coach gave me.  You can find them all at my facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/idealproteinlohja

The recipes are mix of low-carb from normal ingredients as well as "packet hacks" of new recipes using the Ideal Protein packets of food. 






I have tried various other diets through the years and had never had long-term success. Ideal Protein has changed my life. (I lost 75 lbs in about 4 months without feeling like I was suffering and have been able to maintain very close to that weight for 7 months.)  So hopefully these recipes and hints will help you enjoy losing weight and making healthier choices which don't have to feel like a compromise.
